Diagnostic support before PDD and PDT

As a preliminary stage for a following PDD / PDT with a photo-sensitiser ultraSCAN UV is especially suited to illustrate the medical necessity of further treatment with an actual corresponding indication.

Images, which were made with common visible light, will – by using a complex image reconstruction process - be converted into a presentation which resembles an image made with UV-light. 

So sun-damages and skin aging can be illustrated for the patient and possible treatments can be pointed out. UltraSCAN UV is therefore an effective tool, which can optionally be integrated as an additional module to the microDERM-system.
